Here are our principal booking conditions, together with some useful information to assist you in planning your self catering holiday at Field House Farm Cottages in East Yorkshire. Please contact us if you have any questions. - Duration
Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in high season and from Friday to Friday in low season. Off-peak short breaks are available in low season either from Friday to Monday or from Monday to Friday. Please refer to our prices, availability and bookings section for start days and availability. - Rent
All prices are in Pounds GB. The rent is fully inclusive of VAT, central heating, electricity, bed linen, duvets, towels and tea towels. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request free of charge. We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person. We do not provide beach towels or cot linen, so please bring your own. - Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rent is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid no later than eight weeks prior to your arrival date. If booking less than eight weeks prior to your arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately. Card payments can be made on-line or by telephone. Payment can also be made by cheque payable to 'Field House Farm Cottages'. Occasionally we ask for credit card details or a bond with final booking to cover additional cleaning costs/ damage. - Bookings
All bookings whether booked on-line, by post or by telephone are subject to written confirmation by us. No bookings shall be regarded as complete until confirmed by us. - Accessibility
The Roost and Ostler's Corner are Rated Mobility 2. The Turnip House is suitable for the less mobile. The Byre has a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom. A shower stool, a bath-seat and a high-seated armchair are available for people with mobility problems.

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted in any of our cottages. - Pets
For the comfort of all of our guests, we no longer permit pets in any of our cottages. - Barbecues
These may be hired from us. - Logs and Coal
After the initial included allowance on arrival, we operate an honesty system. Payment is by the skuttle or basket and must be settled at the end of your stay. - Parking
Ample parking space is provied adjacent to cottages.
Security
For the security of all our guests, we operate a CCTV system. - Group Bookings
We are not suitable for large group bookings.
